Article 1: Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to the presentation of services and subscriptions offered by The Growth Company SAS on the getallbound.ai website.
The specific terms of each service, including scope, duration, pricing, payment terms, intellectual property and termination, are defined in the service agreement signed by the parties when the engagement begins. In the event of a conflict, the agreement prevails over these Terms of Sale.

Article 3: Services Offered
Through the Allbound brand, The Growth Company SAS offers:
- A subscription to an AI-assisted B2B acquisition platform, the “SaaS” plan.
- A Done With You implementation program: joint development and launch of the platform with a senior expert for 2 months.
- A Done For You implementation program: full operation of the platform by the Allbound team.

Article 4: Pricing
Indicative prices are displayed on the website in euros, excluding VAT. Applicable VAT is added when invoiced.
Final prices and payment terms are set out in the service agreement signed by the parties.
Article 5: Order and Acceptance
No order is placed directly on the website. The sales process includes:
- Initial contact through the form or a call.
- A strategy call to assess the need.
- The signing of a service agreement between the parties.
The contractual relationship begins when the agreement is signed, not when the website is browsed.
Article 6: Payment Terms
Payment terms, including due dates, payment methods and late-payment penalties, are defined in the service agreement.
Pursuant to Article L.441-10 of the French Commercial Code, any late payment automatically results in late-payment penalties at the European Central Bank interest rate plus 10 percentage points, as well as a fixed recovery fee of €40.
Article 7: Right of Withdrawal
The services of The Growth Company SAS are intended exclusively for businesses (B2B). Pursuant to Article L.221-3 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements entered into between businesses.
Article 8: Liability
The Growth Company SAS undertakes to use the necessary means to properly perform its services. This is an obligation of means, not an obligation to achieve a specific result.
The Growth Company SAS may not be held liable in the event of:
- Misuse of the platform by the client.
- Failure to follow recommendations made during the implementation program.
- Suspension or restriction imposed by LinkedIn or any other third-party service.
- Force majeure.
Article 9: Intellectual Property
The content of the getallbound.ai website, including text, visuals, videos and trademarks, is the property of The Growth Company SAS.
Materials produced as part of the services, including prompts, sequences and content, are governed by the service agreement signed by the parties.
Article 10: Data Protection
Personal data collected on the website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Article 11: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Bordeaux after an attempt at amicable resolution.
Article 12: Changes to the Terms of Sale
The Growth Company SAS reserves the right to amend these Terms of Sale. The applicable Terms of Sale are those in effect on the date the service agreement is signed.
Article 13: Statutory Warranties
The Growth Company SAS is bound by the statutory warranties provided for in Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code concerning hidden defects in the services provided.
Article 14: Term and Termination
The term of each service and the termination conditions, including notice, grounds and effects, are defined in the service agreement signed by the parties.
